Our generation is presented with an enormous opportunity and responsibility: We have a greater capacity than ever before to create a world that works for everyone. Yet unless enough people say, “Enough is enough,” we might not make it. We could all spend years “thinking it over,” waiting until we heal our past traumas, changing the world when we “have the time”—but that will only serve to prolong a much needed leap into the future.
We don’t subscribe to the theory that work is one thing, your life’s purpose and message is another. Indeed, the only way the world can transform is if each of us fundamentally transforms the way we think, work, and act—not just around our families, but in every moment of our lives. It’s not easy. It takes commitment, practice, and some good old fashioned guts. But it’s the only way things can change.
So, why do we exist—The Verticality Group, that is? To help create a positive “tipping point” of individuals, organizations, and countries who naturally and intentionally design elegant solutions that enable human emergence on a local, regional, national, and global scale. We exist to help as many people as possible make the leap to the next stage of evolutionary possibility, to embrace the mystery while doing everything we can to bring about change in this lifetime.
